蛋挞王子

回想起,去年的某段日子,特别想吃蛋挞,蛋糕店的蛋挞不够怡保的好吃,KFC的葡挞又贵。现在想起那段不堪回首的日子。。呵呵~我终于能随心所欲的吃蛋挞啦~做了第2次居然让我成功了。食谱的分量,烘焙的时间和温度都要自己琢磨琢磨。还有坚果饼干,虽然没85°的好吃,不过我相信琢磨多几次,一定会做到满意为止。

hmmm, looks nice woh both the egg tarts and the cookies!! don't be so proud of your success this round, maybe it's just lucky?? haha, but i believe practice makes perfect, the more rounds you bake, the more you'll learn and encounter tips for improvements.. "add oil" ah~~ :p

Bro SK, u really sound like a senior or my parents hor?YEs,that means u really OLDER than me..haha~ya lah,maybe lucky,this time i can really take down the notes in my recipe,for my daughther in the furture..:P
